Some exceptions can be associated with wrong log entry

Steps to reproduce:

• With rubyception open, go to a route that doesn't exist
• You will get a "Routing Error" page. Nothing appears in Rubyception
• Now go to a route that does exist
• The exception from the "Routing Error" will now be associated with the second request, & it will be marked red.
