Using Parcel with JSX doesn't work out of the box

When generating a new application with both the --jsx and the --bundler=parcel flag, running the created app will present you with a console error in the browser, complaining that React can't be found. When using Webpack, everything works fine, though :)

Thanks! I've noticed this before. Parcel is transitioning to a new major version and I believe that will solve the issue. So once they have all their ducks in a row I'll take another look at this.

Will leave this issue open until then.
