Please rebase develop_ver-0.5 to a newer commit

i've retroactively purged sys/class.GetUsers.php from bibliocoll/JournalTouch when force pushing 8b3d35a, as it doesn't help anyone other than us and probably never should have made it onto github in the first place.

however, it is still part of your fork, and any pull requests we create between our forks will be horrendously convoluted until you rebase your current development branch (cf github help, point 8). sorry for the mess.

49e6415 is my untested rough-cut of a synthesis of your latest changes in develop_ver-0.5.0 up to 49ff8fb. there are some pieces i haven't (or couldn't have) copied over verbatim (e.g. .gitignore and sys/class.GetUsers.php). the i18n files are from my side entirely, going to do a proper diff of those two tomorrow.

this means you don't have to do any rebasing for me to be able to do 0.4.2, so there is no hurry here

I only changed a few things since the release and was waiting for the php session stuff. Besides having no time currently, I figured it'd be best to wait for that :)

But since it's our productive version, I#m gonna keep it for now ;)
