Release patch for ReDos vulnerability (CVE-2018-20164)

Hi,

a Remote Distributed Denial of Service vulnerability was found and fixed in the regexes of the core project.

Please publish a new release to the maven repository, that comprises the fixed regexes.

I'm pleased to announce version 1.4.1 of uap-java is now released to Maven central.
version 1.4.1 uses the latest regexp file from uap-core which addresses this vulnerability.
