Scala UBJSON Library

Hi,

I discovered UBJSON recently and it seemed like the best choice for doing binary JSON. I could use a Java library with Scala, but it's sometimes more convenient to have one in Scala that produces Scala data types. So, I wrote a UBJSON library in Scala. I believe the entire standard has been implemented and the units achieve 100% coverage (both statement and branch coverage).
