Receive/Upload Lost Data

Requested March 27:

1. "EHAART" (Ever HAART use) variable from MACS. We need this variable for survival curve (Use Case 4). Can we impute this variable from others?
2. Socio Demographic Summary variables from MACS. We had at least a small subset of variables (SMOKESTAT,DRINKSTAT,MSEX6MON,NSEXF) in the previous macslong dataset. Is it possible to have something similar for the newer MACS dataset?
