Status
This uses APIs that are only available in Chisel 7.
This isn't working locally for me yet, I'm getting an assertion error here:

Also, this blows away a bunch of flags that were set for the
chiseltest-based flow, but aren't available for ChiselSim. Need to figure out what flags we need to port.
