BLACKJACK - European Blackjack

Make the European style of blackjack. Make it launchable from the normal game menu. You can copy the pre-existing blackjack code and restructure the rule logic to fit European style of play.

Extra features such as insurance, splitting, and doubling down and not required.

@Pashkiin What’s the current status of the European Blackjack feature? I’m in the process of refactoring the main Blackjack code (see issue #89) to make future feature additions easier.

If you’re already close to finishing your implementation, I can hold off on merging the refactor until your version is done.

However, if you’ve only just started, it might make more sense for me to finish the refactor first. That way, you can build your changes on top of a cleaner, more modular structure.
