Update constraint names in regression test reference

When running the large-tokamak regression test, we get:

There are 27 variables in new not in ref
WARNING  scenario:scenario.py:245 eq_con001
WARNING  scenario:scenario.py:245 eq_con002
...

This due to #3038, which should have included this update.

Regression test references are now automatically updated when changes are merged into main, so this is no longer an issue.
