NDScanConfig class never used, this PR removes it and all functions only used within it.

The documentation for plasma physics models has been added. This includes sections for fast alpha pressure contribution, density limit, plasma core power balance, and beta limit. These additions provide a comprehensive overview of different aspects of plasma physics. #3177
