Import GIDs as GameSeries #234
Description
Add feature to define a GID range and import these games into a simple GameSeries.
An option should be available to keep GIDs in the series or to strip them (with GIDs only leaving is possible, without the series can be modified)
TBD: how to filter undesired games within that range (don't want to spend time on a separate dialogue) - maybe one could define GIDs in printing page range style "1-5,7-9,13,20-21"
