Cannot modify column

I have an error with dialect postgres
ERROR: syntax error at or near "CHANGE" (SQLSTATE 42601) [2.003ms] [rows:0] ALTER TABLE "e_saudga21" CHANGE COLUMN "c_test2" "c_test4" BIGINT NOT NULL DEFAULT NULL;
How can i fix it?
