Deploy hangs with default "zip" value on Windows

Deploy just hangs on "connected" stage on Windows because tar command is unavailable.
Please add documentation note on that issue, or just skip zip stage on Windows. Also it seems that it is [possible](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17546016/how-can-you-zip-or-unzip-from-the-command-prompt-using-only-windows-built-in-ca) to make zip via powershell (though this method looks ugly).
