Is there a reason you didn't keep it against your original ticket? I had just made your ticket blocking an umbrella one so that other organizations can mark theirs as blocking the main ticket as well?

It seems like the ticket has to be in the 'accepted' status to pass the checks, and my ticket is not. Let me know if I need to change.
