Fixes horizontal scrollbar on mobile caused by:
overflow-x: autoonpreblocks andoverflow: hiddenon the code panel for mobile.overflow-x: hiddenonhtmlroot to catch any other overflow sources.Also pushed a matching fix to schema.unitsml.org (namespace URIs).
