Describe the bug

This visualization scroll allows to navigate to page 2, but not to go back to page 1

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

Must be able to navigate to page 1.

Current Behavior

Not navigating.

Reproduction Steps

Go to alerting-rules/manage/patterns, navigate to page 2, then try to navigate back to page 1.
