+ Completed first implementation of both Appwrite and Firebase adapters with the core Transfer class logic ready
+ Fixed a few null safety errors + Fixed a bug where a 0 division could occur on adapters that did not support totals when requesting progress
Implement Index Support into Databases
+ Add permissions for Appwrite + Cleanup various pieces of code
