When getStats encounters an error while retrieving stats for a single container, it throws an exception, which interrupts the entire stats-gathering process. This means that if stats for even one container cannot be retrieved (perhaps because the container has stopped or is in an inconsistent state), the healthcheck in executor does not update any of the containers
