Checking the all the orders and there statuses

I have successfully integrated the OrderAPI, and it is creating orders and capturing the payments, but now I have to check all the orders and their statuses on that base i have to run a cron in my application, to update all the orders status in my application database, 

I have gone through the API documentation but nothing found there, can you please provide any reference to this?
