Response back on website after successful payment

Using the API, created the Order and payment is successful, Not it is not redirecting back to the callback URL where we have to perform the further tasks to update the local database and update the transaction on Utrust,

My Primary Concern is, after payment success, how to update the webhooks and get the response back on the website?
