Requirement.txt?

Hi there,

What a great work you have done! I've read your paper and trying to play with your code. However, when I was configuring the environment, I found the requirements.txt file is not in the root folder, which is essential in the Installation part of your README.md file. Did I miss something or you simply haven't uploaded it yet?
