Confusion about "row name" vs. "row key"

@jxson mentioned that he found it confusing that some client library code/comments talks about "row names" while elsewhere we talk about "row keys".

We should never (or almost never) talk about "row names" in our client libs - pretty much all comments, parameter names, etc. should use the terminology "row key".
