Reverts the path generation logic that was removed in c900886. vCons are now saved to YYYY/MM/DD/{uuid}.vcon paths based on the vCon's created_at timestamp.
Update tests to use keyword arguments for s3_path parameter and add tests for the new created_at date folder functionality.
