[Feature] link to port code

It would be great to include a link to the port of the vcpkg registry.
Sometimes I'm wondering why a certain dependency is pulled in for some project dependency.

Currently I need to go to my vcpkg registry and need to search for it (b.c. github truncates the repo dir view)
