'Accept' button for job

Once people have applied for jobs we need a way for the job poster to accept someone to do the job. This would then set up the 'job relationship' between the 2 users.

Also maybe a button for 'finished' to let the system know when the job is finished. Once the job is finished then the employer/employee can post their reviews etc

Once a job has been accepted it would also 'expire' the job so that it no longer appears on the jobs pages.

Maybe adding a few more status' might the way to go. 'Draft','Published','Started','Finished','Expired'?
