Problem
As of the recent changes to rate limiting error messages, the logs output by the blackhole sink are also rate limited, which is likely not desirable:
2025-11-07T17:51:25.240502Z INFO vector::sinks::blackhole::sink: Collected events. events=65 raw_bytes_collected=25632
2025-11-07T17:51:26.240856Z INFO vector::sinks::blackhole::sink: Internal log [Collected events.] is being suppressed to avoid flooding.
