[Enhancement] Add Field Weakening parameters in COMM_SET_MCCONF_TEMP_SETUP

Currently making my own dashboard\board computer for VESC
Id like to control FW current and duty start without wearing EEPROM(by COMM_SET_MCCONF), just temporary, on-the-fly. Seems to be its currently impossible
Found some workaround for my task, but in my opinion such option would be nicer)
