Fixes ERR_CONFIG failure on Implementer Agent run 24679888189 — the lockfiles for spec-agent and implementer-agent had hashes that no longer matched their .md frontmatter source. Recompiled with
gh aw compileand re-applied the OAuth sed tweak (A=2, O=9 on each). planner-agent and reviewer-agent lockfiles were already in sync (they were force-reinstalled during original install). daily-repo-status.lock.yml was restored from origin/main to avoid an unrelated recompile.
