Error! Probe tripped during XY movement

Hello,

I always get the following error when I start probing on the workpiece: "Error! Probe tripped during XY movement".
There is no contact to the workpiece and the probe does not tip anywhere.
There is also no signal coming from the button. Could it be because the button is a normally open contact?

Hi, I just saw that you made some changes in the probewizard macros. I wanted to know what you changed because I am not an expert in coding. I had some issues with the tool changes in 2018 when Sergei posted this. Is it stable now? Thank you for your reply.

I'm trying this also and get the same info. When I put a square piece in and hit the corner to probe, it moves the probe a little but then stops and says "Manually return to starting position and repeat the search." it doesn't even drop Z down to try to probe. Cannot probe at all.
