This PR adds the finalized learner profile integration and shortest-path-based recommendation engine to
project-gamma/graph. Key additions include:recommendation_engine.pyfor graph-based personalized path generationlearner_profiles.jsonwith 5 synthetic learner profiles/graph/recommendations/All work is done under
