Retrobox has wrong / unreadable TabLineFill colors when background is "light"

This is the the definition of the TabLineFill in retrobox when set background=light:

Note that both guifg and guibg are set to the same color making them unreadable. The ctermfg and ctermbg are the same as well:

In dark background the color scheme does use different colors for this group.

To see this, just input the following and you will see that the text is not visible at all;
