Overview

• examples: example bash, batch scripts, and commands. Noting, Expanse and Jetstream2 allow for interative computing, but only Expanse accepts batch jobs
• docs: overview documentation of containers, Expanse and Jetstream2

The sif_files are too large to upload to github, thus brief creation documentation will be provided. While the examples are based on the existing Expanse files, these exact files don't exist on Expanse or Jetstream2 at the moment.

How to Use

1. Clone the repo
2. Ensure singularity or apptainer is currently running
3. Ensure singularity image or sif file already exists. If not, refer to docs on how to create them.
4. Copy example files and modify relevant batch or path/directory variables
5. Run example files
6. Modify example output files to calculate your compute needs
