Flickering under very specific conditions

Describe the bug
When navigating to certain datasets (ex: Bluetongue disease outbreak 2024 - Summary) and when the browser is resized to specific widths in this case around 1698px the page starts to flicker as can be seen in the video bellow.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the dataset: "Bluetongue disease outbreak 2024 - Summary"
2. Resize the browser to about 1698px.
3. See flickering.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to
happen.

Website does not flicker.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Visualize environment and version: Locally v5.2.0
• Browser and version Brave, Version 1.73.101 Chromium: 131.0.6778.139
• I'm also using a macbook with an external mouse. Was not able to reproduce with trackpad.

I think this is related to the scrollbars being rendered and not rendered.
