Figuring out where to enable / disable the search above the tables is not very intuitive as the user needs to go into the second level "settings menu". As the search is shown above the table per default, users should have a clear and quick way to remove it if they would like.
Describe the solution you'd like
Move the search to the first level of the sidebar, in the filter menu or close to it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Rename the "Settings" menu to "search", as there is only one option in that menu (to toggle the search on/off)
Use cases and impact
This change would make it easier for editors to customize their charts and remove the search bar when not needed.
