✓ Charts "bounce" on interaction

Describe the bug

The chart columns "bounce" on interaction when a multifilter is set on the horizontal axis.

To Reproduce

1. Create a column chart with the dataset "Einmalvergütung für Photovoltaikanlagen"
2. Go to the horizontal axis menu and change the dimension from "year" to "canton"
3. Scroll down to the filter section in the left sidebar and toggle the "interactive" filter
4. Hover over the chart and see that the columns "bounce" up and down.

###Expected behavior
The user can interact with the chart without the columns bouncing

@bprusinowski I just noticed that the "bounce" when interacting with the columns has been resolved, thank you. However there is still a bit of "bounce" when other elements in the UI (e.g the "Details") are interacted with - is this the same issue? Otherwise ill open a new ticket (low prio)
