✓ Links in label jump to wrong tabs in bar charts

Describe the bug

See this bar chart: https://www.visualize.admin.ch/de/v/vfrRjiTDJVLP
When one clicks the link on y-axis label, the "General" tab is opened. The x-axis label openes the "Data" tab.
It should be consistent. For example see the column chart of the same data: https://www.visualize.admin.ch/de/v/AOJ2qAwGSBUX
Here, both axis open the "Data" tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.visualize.admin.ch/de/v/vfrRjiTDJVLP
2. Click on 'Species group' on the y-axis. The "General" Tab opens
3. Click on 'Share of species evaluated (%)' on the x-axis. The "Data" Tab opens
4. Got to https://www.visualize.admin.ch/de/v/AOJ2qAwGSBUX
5. click on 'Share of species evaluated (%)' on the y-axis. The "Data" Tab opens
6. Click on 'Species group' on the x-axis. The "Data" Tab opens

Expected behavior

Behaviour should be consistent.

Thanks for reporting @Kronmar-Bafu, I can reproduce the issue and added some additional context below:

• The issue is only reproducible with bar charts, not with other chart types (see example here: https://visualize.admin.ch/en/v/aU_P6nx4k6YA?dataSource=Prod)
• When clicking on the linked axis labels, the users should be directed to the Data tab, not the General tab
