Include drafts can't be turned off

Describe the bug

It's not possible to exclude drafts as soon as you chose to include them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. To https://visualize.admin.ch/browse?dataSource=Prod
2. Include draft datasets
3. Try to turn it off again

Expected behavior

Drafts should be filtered out again

Environment

• TEST, INT (v6.2.2 (64d0081)) as well as PROD v6.1.2 (5cbc951)

Dear @sosiology thanks for the quick fix, appreciated! However, the version deployed this morning on PROD was 6.2.0, while this fix was in version 6.2.4 and thus not deployed.

Is it the only difference between the versions?

@Kronmar-Bafu version 6.2.4 is now on PROD and the issue you reported is not showing up anymore.
