🐜 Bug report - Progression

Possibility that this mob used to be elite, allakhazam has one entry from Jan 31 2005 listing it as elite. Need to find if it was still elite after the beta and if so what patch changed it.

It's not elite in the 1.8 sniffs, so it must have been nerfed earlier.

There are 2 comments saying pre 1.8 they are elite. Is this enough evidence to make the change?

Subject: "Easy to kill"
These are very easy to take down.

They don't have as much health as other Elite mobs. That is compensated by their healing spell which has a very low cooldown timer (unlike most healing mobs).
The easy part is that they don't have much mana either. So basically drain their mana or interrupt their 2-3 sec heals and you have a very easy kill.

ow with low mana I mean around 1500-2000. My lvl 50 hunter simply used 2 viper stings (drain 848 mana each) to totally drain their manapool. Then kept a viper sting up to stop their mana regeneration.

"If you take the road over to the highwilderness and enter the forest by the yeti's and run through the hypogryphs you will find one. Continue over till you get to 54,72 area. You should be on the left side of the ruins. The plateu behind the ruins is where they spawn and they will start their march across the wilderness. If you sit on the path on the left of the ruins, next to the edge of the plateu they will walk right in front of you and you don't have to worry about adds so much.

The only thing is and elite wanderer only spawns every other one. SO you will get one then and normal cursed tree or whatever, then and elite again. I sat and killed 3 in 20 mins. If you are a hunter spam the mana drain shot and they are easy.
