🐞 [Bug] Possible to train various ranks of Warrior 31 point talents without having talent in 1.6.1

It is possible to train ranks of talents that you do not have as a Warrior in 1.6.1, can see here I have trained Rank 2 of Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst and Shield Slam (all Warrior 31 point talents) despite not spending a single talent:

Expected behavior

You should only be able to train ranks of the talent spells if you actually have the talent.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Warrior and get to level 60

   .level 59
   

   Learn the stances:

   .learn 71
   

   .learn 2458
   

2. Don't spend any talents
3. Port to trainer

   .go xyz -8687 321 110
   

4. Purchase ranks of talent spells at the trainer you do not have any points in

   .modify money 100000
   

5. Profit

This does not occur for Mages so I don't think it's a widespread issue, but if I notice it happening for any other classes I'll open another issue.

Issue seems to only happen in 1.7 and lower.
