Regarding vp dev running all dev tasks directly: vp dev is a built-in command (starts the Vite dev server), not a script runner. Task orchestration is done explicitly through vp run. This is intentional because vp is a full toolchain, not just a package manager or task runner. Implicit script fallback on built-in commands leads to confusion.

这个有个问题，就是不会自动根据依赖关系启动，比如我有一个packages/lib，他被apps/web依赖，但是他们启动是随机的，就会导致apps/web启动的时候找不到packages/lib的包
