I will prepare easyconfig for v4.5.0.
Newest version v4.6.0 seems as not 'ready' - it has dependency inconsistency and are not compatible with our toolchains:
It requires python=3.11, numpy=2.3.0, scipy==1.17.1 and PyTorch-2.6.0-cpu and this is not compatible with foss/2024a nor foss/2025a, also fmm3dpy==1.0.4 which requires numpy<2, the same for pygpc.
But the version fully compatible with numpy>2 is probably in the process: simnibs/simnibs#639

Stopped for now - not prior:

• v4.5.0 + foss/2024a: problem with samseg dependency - needs ITK-5.3.0 -> ec for ITK needs more work
• v4.6.0 + foss/2025a: problem with dependencies and python - only supports python 3.11 - provides wheels only for that python
