[Bug] Carousel: when trying to set padding on both sides most interactions align slides to the left

1. open docs page with examples
2. hold [shift] and scroll up/down while hovering pointer on the carousel

Note: also verified with vertical orientation, multi-slides, autoplay and next/prev actions

Actual behavior:

• initial position is snapped to he left (ignores px-12)
• only mouse-drag snaps slides to the center
• any other interaction snaps to the left

Expected:

• padding on both sides should be respected - slides should snap to the center
