Content ID prefix changed from git-board-flow to copilot

Severity: medium

Location: src/manager/description/base/content_interface.ts:7

The _id getter in ContentInterface changed the prefix from git-board-flow- to copilot-. This change affects how content IDs are generated and could break existing data or references that rely on the old prefix format. Any stored content IDs or external references using the old prefix will no longer match.
Suggested fix:
Consider adding backward compatibility logic or a migration strategy if existing data uses the old prefix. Alternatively, document this as a breaking change in release notes.
