Consider including additional questions related to permissioning

We observed during a breakout session today that there's a relative lack of content in the questionnaire re: the privacy and security impact of prompting for permission to use powerful features. Permissions fatigue leads users to grant sites access to many more pieces of PII, fingerprinting data, etc. than they may otherwise have.

Perhaps @npdoty's email to last fall's permissions workshop could be a useful starting point.
