Suggestions around chat interface

First of all, thanks for the awesome work with the mockups! They look awesome 👍

I had a few points to share regarding the chat interface:

• How do we show room admins/moderators? As a participant in a room, I need to know whom can I ping for help, and the room admins/moderators are the first choice for that. The usual approach in other IRC clients is to show the room ops/moderators first, and then list the remaining users.
• What do we show activity logs? By activity logs, I mean user join/part messages, channel messages to user, etc. They are mostly noise and does not contain much meaningful data.

Yeh, I will push the user list design to make the moderators stand out better. I don't know if that necessarily means they should be listed first (what if they are all idle? or one is active the others are idle - the active one should stand out more.) But I'll think more on this.

For activity logs - I was thinking we wouldn't show join/part by default, but maybe you could turn them on if you wanted to in a settings panel. For channel messages to user, maybe they would pop up in a separate tab (I think other clients do this). I don't think we could turn those off completely or ppl might not be able to identify to a nick serv, right?

@mairin I cam across rocket-chat, https://rocket.chat/docs/ lately. They seem to have done some cool work around the right panel to show users, notifications, mentions, etc.
