RFC #91 roadmap updates

Preparing for Wagtail 6.1* – see also RFCs #88 and #86. View the rendered RFC.

I have changed the format a bit again, to hopefully make this easier to review. There is:

• One section reviewing what happens with all items currently in v6.0
• One section with all items proposed for v6.1*, including the ones that are already scheduled as such.
• One section with all items proposed for v6.2*

With the proposal here,

• We’d mark 10 out of 11 items in the v6.0 release as "Done"
• We’d have 7 items in the upcoming v6.1* May 2024 release (one carry-over, one "continuation of last release")
• We’d have 2 items scheduled for the v6.2* August 2024 release
• No items would move to "Future"

I see three people have approved this already (woo!), so I’ll merge the PR and make the corresponding roadmap changes at the end of this week. There’s still time for comments / feedback / objections if anyone wants to see changes.
