Enable opcache #162
Description
It would be useful for performances to enable php's opcache.
For Wallabag's devs maybe consider an approach similar to php's official docker images with a php.ini-development and php.ini-production mecanism (see https://github.com/docker-library/docs/blob/master/php/README.md#configuration).
