Works on my end with Realism and other clientside mods.
Only thing that I think is curious is the AmbiguousMatchException for SimpleTooltip.Show(). I've seen that exception when trying to access functions with overrides in the same class without specifying parameters. However SimpleTooltip.Show() has no overrides so not sure where the exception is stemming from but specifying parameters removes the exception
