What changed?
Replace use of go-jose v2 (deprecated) with v4.
Why was this change made?
During a "tour" in the many Go dependencies, I noticed this section: https://github.com/go-jose/go-jose?tab=readme-ov-file#versions. We should try to use maintained software.
