What changed?
Standardize the Dependabot configuration for all package-types to a weekly schedule and default max open pull requests (5).
Why was this change made?
We had a huge backlog of dependency updates, but we are now up-to-date. And no need to run dependency checks as often. We can always force check for dependency updates manually - if required.
